Do I need an account to get support?
No. Just email peter@probat.ai from any address. There's no portal to register for, no forum login, and no third-party account required. This page is public and stays public — you'll never hit a sign-in wall to reach us.
How fast will I hear back?
We aim to respond to every support email within 2 business days, and usually much sooner. If you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder and feel free to reply to bump the thread.
Slacking isn't appearing in Slack — what should I check?
Slacking runs on Slack Web at https://app.slack.com, so make sure you're using Slack in the browser (not the desktop app) and that the extension is enabled in Chrome. A quick refresh of the Slack tab after installing usually does it. Still stuck? Email us a screenshot and we'll dig in.
Does Slacking ever send messages for me?
Never. Slacking drafts and inserts text into Slack's composer — you always review and press send yourself. It's an auto drafter, not an auto sender.
How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the billing portal from the Slacking popup to update payment details or cancel anytime — it's handled through Stripe. If you'd rather we sort it out, email us and we'll take care of it.
