Sub-processors
Last updated May 27, 2026
To run Slacking we rely on a small set of trusted third-party companies that process data on our behalf (“sub-processors”). This page lists who they are and what they do. For the full picture of what data Slacking collects and how it is used, see our Privacy Policy.
Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data processed |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Authentication, database, backend APIs, edge functions, and hosting. | Account, workspace, and entitlement records, Slack install and selected conversations, usage events, and optional tone profile data. |
| Anthropic | LLM processing for draft replies, rewrites, and predictions. | The Slack message context and draft text sent at your request to generate a draft, rewrite, or prediction. |
| Stripe | Checkout, subscriptions, billing portal, invoices, and payment status. | Billing and subscription identifiers and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Slacking. |
| Google OAuth | User authentication, when Google sign-in is enabled. | Your email address and basic profile information used to create and sign in to your Slacking account. |
